Malflora Magazine Issue 2, “Art-I-Ficial: Latina/e Lesbians Creating Against the Machine,” focuses on Latina/e lesbian punk, DIY, rasquachismo and worldbuilding toward collective liberation. Featuring writing and creative works by Latina/e lesbians and queers from across the Latin American diaspora, topics in this issue range from homages to Black and Brown founders of punk, collective resistance to state-sanctioned and imperialist violence, personal reclamations of lesbian selfhood and love, fashioning lesbian existence, resisting religious repression, and more. This issue also includes photos and reflections on Malflora Collective’s first series of public events!
